  • Charlottesville Free Clinic

    Charlottesville Free Clinic provides free primary care which includes medical, behavioral health support, dental care, and prescription medications for low-income, uninsured and underinsured adults living in the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle community.

  • UVA University Medical Associates

    UMA provides primary care services for adult and geriatric patients, including preventive health care and treatment for a broad range of health problems. Sliding scale fees are available for patients without insurance.

  • Blue Ridge Medical Center

    Blue Ridge Medical Center provides comprehensive health care in Nelson County, including primary care, pediatrics, dental care, physical therapy, mental health care, x-rays, pharmacy services, and lab work. Sliding scale fees are available.

  • Central Virginia Health Services (CVHS)

    Central Virginia Health Services is a network of community health centers serving the central Virginia area that provides comprehensive health care services, including primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care, lab work, and pharmacy. Sliding scale fees are available, and CVHS accepts most major insurance plans. Sites include the Neighborhood Family Health Center in Downtown Charlottesville, Southern Albemarle Family Practice in Esmont, and the Health & Wellness Center of Louisa.

  • Greene Care Clinic

    Greene Care Clinic provides free comprehensive healthcare to low-income, uninsured residents of Greene County. Services include treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, diabetes education, lab and diagnostic testing, pharmacy services, lifestyle change support, behavioral health counseling, health education, and care coordination.
