Our community offers a variety of resources to provide timely support during emotional or mental health crises and to prevent further escalation. If you are unsure whether what you are experiencing qualifies as a crisis but are seeking support, please reach out for help anyway.

    Regional Call Center / 988 / Suicide and Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential crisis intervention, prevention, and connection to resources 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

  • Region Ten Emergency Services

    Region Ten Crisis Services support individuals who are in acute mental distress and in need of immediate help in Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson. Services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 434-972-1800.
